Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data from SwatiLabs LLP ("SwatiLabs", "we", "our", or "us") and from any product we operate — including FieldOps365 (fieldops365.com), ProSafeT (prosafet.in), and any other SwatiLabs product, whether or not it is named here. It applies to data collected through our sites, our products, direct communications with us, and our WhatsApp Business messaging, as described in our Privacy Policy.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to legal@swatilabs.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the product/Service you used (for example, FieldOps365 or ProSafeT), the email address or phone number associated with your account or enquiry, and any account/order reference you have.
  3. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request, to prevent someone else from deleting your data.
  4. We will confirm receipt of your request and process it within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Once verified, we delete or irreversibly anonymise the personal data associated with your request from our active systems, including contact details, account data, and message history, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, invoices and tax records, which are retained for the statutory period under Indian law and then deleted).

WhatsApp-Specific Data

Blocking our WhatsApp number stops future messages to you but does not, by itself, delete data already processed. To request deletion of data associated with a WhatsApp conversation with us, follow the steps above — mention "WhatsApp" in your request along with the phone number used.

In-Product Deletion

If the specific Service you use offers an in-app or in-dashboard option to delete your account or data directly, you may use that instead of emailing us — it will be processed immediately by that Service. Where no such option is available yet, use the email process above.
